Hi,

installing the Notes 8.5.1 FP3 package fails with onscreen error message:

"Notes hotfix did not install. Error encountered while installing Notes Core Hotfix component"

The Notes 8.5.1 client is a german multiuser installation on a german WinXP OS.
I've tried to install the fixpack on different Clients, but only the ones with a single-user Notes client installation succeeded. All multi-user installed clients failed with the above error message.

Any suggestions on howto fix it?
